Villa 12, located on absolute beachfront, is a luxuriously appointed villa with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has a spa ensuite and a private balcony overlooking Geographe Bay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The villa is fully equipped with Foxtel TV, DVD, CD, fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Reverse-cycle air conditioning together with a cosy log fire makes this deluxe beachfront villa perfect all year round. The covered entertaining area features a built-in barbeque, outdoor furniture and superb views of the bay. Villa 12 is perfect but does have features that make it suitable for adults only.
Wireless broadband access is available in this villa and guests can use their laptops to log into a wifi zone.
